I Ain’t Gots Good Grammar! Grammar in Writing

My grammar is appalling. A publisher would not accept my work now, but I will continue writing.

I need to write. The story flows from me when I’m at my computer or with pen and paper in hand. Concerns with tense or subject and verb agreement are non-existent. I want to make the story real by living the action as I write.

But I must use correct grammar when I revise the finished product. I’ll work at improving my grammar during the next 12 months, and I hope that I will produce a publishable manuscript at the end of my project.

Learning how to write a novel can appear overwhelming. However, I am certain that I can identify and overcome each obstacle along the way. I know that I can write a novel. I know that you can too.
